Southwest Regional Council
Consistent with bylaws of the National Recreation and Park Association (NRPA), the Arkansas Recreation and Parks Association (ARPA) shall appoint delegates to serve on the NRPA Southwest Regional Council. These delegates shall serve as liaison between ARPA and NRPA at all meetings of the Southwest Regional Council. Arkansas, Louisiana, New Mexico, Oklahoma and Texas make up the Southwest Region.
